To achieve flawless color accuracy, depth, and on-shelf appeal, a dedicated Pantone 483 spot color channel was integrated into the workflow, delivering richer contrast, vibrant tones, and crisp detail readability on the final substrate. The entire asset composition was meticulously optimized for industrial production, factoring in halftone limitations, dot gain, and color consistency across long-run flexographic printing processes.

Barão de Toledo Cachaça • Branding & Packaging Design Visual identity development, label design, and commercial 3D visualization for Barão de Toledo Cachaça (Ouro), a premium artisanal spirit aged in noble wood barrels (Aroeira, Oak, and Chestnut). Visual Concept: A classic aesthetic featuring ornamental lettering. The Gold foil finish applied over a Transparent base (No-Label Look) was strategically chosen to let the rich amber color of the spirit take center stage, delivering a high-end, sophisticated shelf presence. 3D Mockup & Packshot: Development of high-fidelity 3D Packshots and contextual Product Stills focused on absolute material realism—capturing the exact glass refraction, the natural wood grain of the cork, and the metallic sheen of the foil to create high-impact marketing imagery.

Core Deliverables: 3D Illustration & Modeling (CGI): Creation of a dynamic 3D cartoon character, along with meticulously modeled snack pieces and flavor ingredients (chili and garlic) to maximize appetite appeal and texture realism. The goal was to instantly communicate convenience and preparation ease (microwave and oven times) while maintaining a high-end, indulgent appetite appeal for the finished dish. The Solution Primary Packaging (Flexible Film): Designed the production-ready artwork for the flexible plastic film (BOPP), establishing a clean and structured information hierarchy. The photorealistic product rendering was strategically integrated to showcase the rich layers and melted cheese, driving consumer desire. Preparation icons were given prominent placement to emphasize the “Quick & Practical” value proposition. Secondary Packaging (Shelf-Ready Display): Created a coordinated structural display box (SRP) for retail environments. Extending the brand identity to the outer display ensures a powerful, uniform color-blocking effect on the shelf, maximizing brand visibility and streamlining the restocking process for retailers.
